Nolan Daniels thought he might fool a few friends when he forged a photograph of himself holding a winning lotto ticket. But the photo went viral, and soon became the most shared photo on Facebook. Countless people started sending messages to Nolan, asking him for help. 

Nolan, of course, didn’t actually win the lottery, but he's made it his mission to help someone in need. That woman is Brooke, who has a rare brain disorder called Chiari Malformation.
