Charles Evans is a volunteer for School on Wheels, a non-profit educational organization dedicated to working with homeless children in Los Angeles. The kids call him Mr. Charles, and he is a beloved figure within the School on Wheels community. When Jeff heard about all the amazing things Mr. Charles does, he decided it was time to honor his selflessness in a major way.
