Travel Must Haves
Traveling can be tough if you're not prepared -- believe me. Over the years of traveling for 'Survivor', I've developed a system, and there definitely are certain items I can't go without.
Here's a list of my top travel must-haves:
Greens Plus Chocolate Energy Bar
Our shoots are different than most because of the environment we're usually in -- we don't usually have food and craft services around all day close to where we are shooting. These are great to have on the go. I really enjoy having these around during long challenges because they're full of all sorts of good stuff, none of the bad.
I've been using this for several years, and it seems to be working because nobody has any idea I'm 73 years old! Just kidding! All jokes aside -- sunblock is crucial when you spend so many hours outdoors, and this stuff is oil-free so it's not greasy or sticky.
Don't get stopped by TSA, make sure your toiletries are packed away. Whether it's hair gel or lotion, it all goes in these bottles and stays neat.
I drink a lot of water. I mean a lot. I try to avoid plastic bottles by using reusable metal containers like these. It's good to know you're not throwing anything away or leaving any trash behind.
